Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SculptMind (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by LOGCHAIN - FZCO, a free-zone company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence No. 47679, registered office: IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE). By creating an account or using the Platform atsculptmind.com you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

The Platform lets you build training datasets from your documents, fine-tune large language models on rented GPU infrastructure, and deploy the resulting models as chatbots, APIs and integrations. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act for a company, authorised to bind it. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free credits.

4. Credits, billing and payments

The Platform uses a prepaid credit model. You top up a balance, and credits are charged for operations that incur real cost — GPU hours for training and inference, AI dataset generation, and model storage. A cost estimate is shown before each paid operation. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction. Credits are non-refundable once the corresponding compute or generation has been consumed. Unused prepaid balance may be refundable at our discretion, less any fees. Prices may change with notice for future operations.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the documents, datasets and other materials you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide the service (parsing, dataset building, training, hosting). You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use your Customer Content and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law. 6. Model ownership and base-model licences

Models you train are yours to use, and you may download their weights at any time. However, models are derived from third-party open-weight base models (e.g. Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Gemma), each governed by its own licence. You are responsible for complying with the base model’s licence when you use, distribute or commercialise your fine-tuned model. We make no ownership claim over your trained weights.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the documents you upload, the models you train, and how you use their outputs. You agree not to use the Platform, and not to train, fine-tune, or deploy any model, to create, facilitate, or promote:

• anything unlawful under applicable law or the regulations of the United Arab Emirates, or that facilitates a crime;
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — this is reported to the competent authorities without notice;
• weapons, explosives, or the synthesis of drugs, toxins, or other harmful substances;
• malware, phishing, fraud, scams, spam, or tools designed to deceive, defraud, or steal credentials or funds;
• harassment, threats, incitement to violence, extremism, or terrorism;
• generation of disinformation, impersonation, or deceptive content at scale;
• violation of the license terms of any base model you select (each base model’s license and prohibited-use policy apply to your derived model);
• processing of data you have no lawful right to process, or that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, or overload the infrastructure, or to resell access in a way that circumvents these Terms.

Enforcement. We may review datasets and deployments for policy compliance using automated means and human review. Where we identify a suspected violation, we may quarantine the affected dataset, model, or deployment, suspend training or inference, and suspend or terminate the account — with or without prior notice, and without refund of credits, where the violation is serious or legally required. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

8. Third-party infrastructure

Training and inference run on third-party GPU providers, and storage and delivery use third-party cloud services. We take reasonable measures to protect your data (see Privacy Policy), but we are not liable for outages or failures of these providers beyond our reasonable control.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and currently offer no formal uptime SLA. Support is provided by email atdev@sculptmind.ai.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period; you are responsible for downloading your models and data beforehand.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the emirate of Dubai and the relevant free zone. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts or dispute-resolution body of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes and contact
