Privacy Policy

1. Controller
This policy explains how LOGCHAIN - FZCO (“we”, “us”), a free-zone company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 47679, registered office: IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE), collects and processes personal data when you use SculptMind at sculptmind.com. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, other data-protection laws.
2. What we collect
Account data: name, email, organization name, authentication data (passwords are stored only as salted hashes). Usage data: logs, IP address, actions in the Platform, billing and credit history. Customer Content: documents, datasets and model artifacts you upload or generate. Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. Communications: support emails and messages.
3. How we use data
To provide and operate the service (build datasets, train and host models); to authenticate you and secure accounts; to bill and prevent abuse; to provide support; to send service and, where permitted, product notifications; to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Customer Content and confidentiality
Customer Content is isolated per organization and used only to deliver the service to you. Datasets are not exposed to other customers; during training they are mounted directly to the compute node. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and temporary data on GPU nodes is deleted after a job completes. We do not use your Customer Content to train models for other customers or for our own general-purpose models.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on third-party providers to run the service, including: GPU compute providers (e.g. RunPod) for training and inference; cloud object storage and CDN (e.g. Cloudflare R2) for datasets and model weights; our VPS hosting provider for the control plane and database; a payment provider acting as merchant of record; and an email delivery provider for transactional messages. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. A current list is available on request atdev@sculptmind.ai.
6. International transfers
Because compute and storage providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside the UAE, including in regions where our GPU and cloud providers run. We take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for such transfers. Enterprise customers with data-residency requirements may request restricted-region or on-premise options.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Customer Content is retained while your account is active; after account closure we may delete it after a reasonable period. You can download or delete your models and datasets at any time.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. To exercise these rights, contactdev@sculptmind.ai. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, per-organization isolation, access controls, rate limiting and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
10. Children
The Platform is a B2B service not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
